Mango Suites Cauayan

Staff was very nice, and would help out as they could. Restaurant food was good. We had an extended stay, so the hotel laundry service was very handy. Clean room. It is a fine place to stay for a short visit.

Not enough towels. Only supplied bath towels; no hand towels or wash clothes. Uncertain of housekeeping days; they should have cone every day to pick up basket where we had to put toilet tissue (Philippines).

I did stay in Mango Suite Cauayan branch for 8 days. The room is simple but spacious, I did enjoy drinking my coffee on their tiny terrace every morning while observing the City of Cauayan. ( located near SM) The service was perfect! From security guards to receptionists to cleaning boy all the way to their restaurant . You can notice that the employees here are well trained. (unlike in some Hotels in Cauayan) They have reasonable price compared to other Hotels in Cauayan, they are polite, very accommodating and they make an effort to give their best to satisfy their guests. I couldn’t ask for more! I will definitely recommend this hotel if you visit Cauayan City.

Hotel was quite close to SM City Cauayan. Thus it was easy to go there for quick errands or if you want to visit the mall. My room had a good view of the city. While I did not avail of the free airport shuttle service, it was available for the guests who need it. Staff were cordial and attentive to guests' needs.

Mango suites is my go-to-place whenever Im in Cauayan. The staff are really accommodating and very kind. Rooms are very spacious. Good value for money.
